Kotaka Ward in Minami Soma City, Fukushima, is located within 20 kilometers of the Fukushima Daiichi Powerplant. Shiga Izumi, novelist born and raised in Kotaka, takes a stroll around his now wounded hometown and tells his memories from childhood. He visits the coast in Kotaka and a shrine, where he went on a school trip, and then moves to the neighbourhood of JR Kotaka Station, where his home still exists. He also visits the kindergarten, primary and junior-high schools he went. Since the Futaba High School, to which he once commuted by train, is now in the prohibited district and he cannot enter, he tells his memories about the school at Momouchi Station, the nearest station to the high school. Finally, in a place near temporary houses, he tells his thoughts on the issue of the nuclear power plant. Shot in May 2013.
