This is the story of people in the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster affected Soma area of Fukushima, harbingers of the samurai spirit and protectors of a thousand year old traditional samurai event, the Soma-Nomaoi which draws 500 mounted warriors annually. This invincible samurai spirit has endured all, even war, to be passed down through the ages in its true and magnificent form. Constantly living in fear of an invisible enemy, radiation, these people prepare for the 2012 event in order to pass the samurai culture on to the next generation.
